Gleeman was a US company known for high-quality synthesizers in the 1980s. The Gleeman Pentaphonic (1982) was one of the first polyphonic synthesizers with a unique acrylic casing. The Gleeman Pentaphonic Clear (1983) was a transparent version of the original and became a rare collector's item. Gleeman synthesizers were appreciated for their warm analog sound.
